Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with written notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our services and any outstanding payments become immediately due.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Weifang City, Shandong Province.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
